Processing Time
Currently all items are made to order. Processing time can vary depending on the current demand, what you ordered, and the amount of items you ordered. If you ordered multiple items and they can not be boxed together, each item will be shipped as soon as they are ready. So if you receive only part of an order the rest of it will follow as soon as it is ready. Below it the current estimated time and will be updated as demand changes.

Castles and forts: currently ship within a week. During holiday seasons the queue tends to be a bit further out do to demand.
Beds, feeders, toys, and combos: about 1 - 3 days.

Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped free within the lower 48 states.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please reach out to us with your zip/postal code and the item you’re interested in. We’ll gladly get a shipping quote for you.

Unfortunately at the moment we are not shipping overseas.

Signature Confirmation

Shipping confirmation is available. We hate the thought of your bun's new gifts potentially being left to sit out in the elements or, even worse, the package being taken by someone it's not intended for. Please let us know if you would like Signature Confirmation added to your order.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. When your order ships you will receive an email letting you know it has shipped and the email will include the tracking number. Using the number, you can see the estimated delivery date through the carrier's website. Please note, once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier then it is considered to be in your possession. If you are worried about a package being delivered to a wrong address or taken by someone it’s not intended for, please ask us to add Signature Confirmation to your order.

International Shipping

Canada - shipping is available. Please reach out to us with your postal code and the item you are interested in. We’ll gladly get you a shipping quote.

Overseas - Unfortunately at the moment we are not shipping overseas.



Cancellations
All items can be cancelled at any time during the processing time and a full refund will be given. If an item is shipped unfortunately it can not be cancelled.



Damage
Although it is very rare, damage from rough shipping handling can happen. Just take a picture of the damage right away and send us an email. We will get replacement parts made up and shipped out.



Returns
Due to hygienic reasons only unused items can be returned. Just send us an email and we will be happy to work with you. Refunds for the original purchase price will be issued once the item is received and checked for damage. We do ask all returns to use a signature confirmation. We can not be responsible for items which do not arrive. Unfortunately we can not refund return shipping charges.
